If you are not completely satisfied with your order, call our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-786-0289, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we will send you a Postage Paid return label.

All standard shipment orders placed online will be sent via UPS, with the following exceptions:

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses will be delivered by the US Post Office.
Shipments to AK, HI and U.S. Territories will be delivered by USPS Priority Mail.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery for standard shipment orders.

Unfortunately, shipments to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses are restricted and must be handled by the U.S. Post Office.The United States Postal Service has restrictions that prohibit shipments of coffee to certain APO/FPO addresses - click here to see all restricted zip codes

All orders are shipped within two business days. PLEASE NOTE: To ensure quality, certain food items may be shipped separately. Some basket items may be substituted with similar items of equal value, when required. Prices are subject to change.
